He is extremely experienced with tankless systems. I had such great service from the moment I called for maintenance on my original system, he came on the spot, worked on my system only to find out that I may be better off replacing my System due to safety concerns. We worked on a quote for this new system, we agreed and he was able to return within 3-hours of the same day to do the replacement. Very well equipped and very clean work, A+ for cleanliness. We have dealt with a lot of trades people. Most we have tried to deal with were unreliable to say the least. That is the exact opposite of the service we received from Kyle at Tankless. Kyle was very pro right from the start. He gave a good quote (a significant amount less than the Leaside competition) and sped up the install when we hit the coldest day of this year . . .The team was courteous and cleaned up using their own equipment – no dirty boots on our carpeting either. Kyle mentioned there was a rebate available on our old Navien unit – they used to have a really bad rep when the tankless water heater approach first came out and now the company has the best and most reliable units available with a very good warranty – big change. Saving $1200 was very nice too. He also came back to finish up the outside work when he said he would which is unusual and appreciated. I will hire him for any maintenance that may be needed and would recommend you check with him before making your decision on any tankless heating and water heating equipment. Good service and a no nonsense attitude got it done ahead of time and before we froze solid.
